2010-03-23
Myrtle Beach, SC – Offense-Defense was proud to announce recently its new partnership with the International Women's Football League (IWFL), the only recognized professional women's tackle football league of its kind.
Traditionally a youth and high school player instructional camp company, Offense-Defense has hosted female participants at their camps in the past and has restructured their curriculum for use with the IWFL to deliver professional-caliber full-contact football instruction to the burgeoning league, now entering its 11th year of operation.
"For decades we've been providing training and instruction to the young athletes who went on the fuel the engine of the National Football League," Said Matt Whittier, Vice-President of Offense-Defense Sports, "We find it only fitting that we're now able to directly provide training to another top-level, professional league: the IWFL. We're tremendously excited to have this important opportunity and responsibility to help these athletes take their game to the next level."
