The design for Offense-Defense is now organized into four key phases, each with a focused mindset:
1. Winter Series (Jan-March): Focus on off-season development & introduction to combine drills.
2. Spring Series (April-May): Mastery phase focused on positional skill enhancement & tournaments.
3. Summer Series (June-August): Maximum performance phase, refinement, precision, and efficiency.
4. Fall Series (Sept-Dec): Global outreach, football season, flag and 7on7 tournaments and prep for our annual “All-American Bowl”!
-For the Winter Series, we will hold our new Gridiron (Youth) and Prime (High School) camps on select Saturdays throughout January, February, and March. During these camps, athletes will focus on position-specific skills, techniques, and fundamentals as they may be adjusting to rapid growth and change in their bodies during this time.
-The Spring Series will continue with development camps, as well as the Regional and National Elite camps (by invitation only), based on past performance at other O-D camps.
-During the Summer Series, we’ll host our Flag Camps, the annual High School Showcase, and a Summer-Fall Frenzy with our four days of Full-Contact camps, offering both commuter and sleepover options. The ‘Frenzy’ refers to high-energy, action-packed sessions to fine-tune the essential last minute skills to perform at a high level & give athletes the opportunity to compete for starting positions, market themselves to college coaches, and possibly earn all-league, all-conference, or all-state honors nationwide.
-The Fall Series allows us to focus on running flag, 7on7, and league tournaments, our global outreach efforts, especially with the Olympics debuting competitive flag football on the world stage in Los Angeles in 2028, and our preparations for the end-of-season O-D All-American Bowl.
