Offense-Defense Recruiting provides national recruiting exposure for aspiring college football players and their families. As part of the O-D family, this program is designed to offer an affordable yet high-quality personalized recruiting assistance service, guiding families through the constantly evolving college recruiting process.
- Our team is made up of former college and professional athletes and coaches with over 200 years of combined experience in football recruiting.
- Our mission is to educate student-athletes on the recruiting process, ensuring they are fully equipped to maximize their exposure and opportunities.
- Each athlete will be paired with a representative who will connect with them every two weeks to track progress, set goals, and provide guidance.
- At O-D, we’re dedicated to ‘coaching up’ our athletes to be leaders, demonstrate humility and respect, and enhance their game knowledge and skills. This program allows O-D to engage with our athletes year-round!

- Discuss phone, text, and email etiquette

- Proper use and etiquette

Goal Setting
- Each meeting with your coach, you will be given ‘action items’
