A graduate of Coastal Carolina University, Coach K. is a seasoned football expert with a career spanning coaching, player development, and football operations. He understands the importance of winning preparation, and at every level he has been involved in, he has earned championships both as a player and a coach.
As a three-sport athlete at Rush Henrietta High School (NYS), Ron played a key role in achieving a 21-0-1 record and securing back-to-back football championship appearances. He earned an NCAA football scholarship to California State University, PA, where he won a PSAC championship under the mentorship of Coach Jeff Petrucci, renowned for coaching NFL Hall of Fame QB Joe Montana.
Following an injury, Ron shifted to coaching and made significant contributions to successful programs across the country, including Cal-State Northridge (Big West Champions), Crespi Carmelite HS in Los Angeles (competing against 3 nationally ranked opponents), Fairport HS (State Champions), St. John Fisher University (Conference Championships & NCAA National Rankings), and a league title at East HS in NYS. As the Defensive Coordinator for the CIFL’s Professional Indoor Football Rochester Raiders, Coach K’s defense helped secure a conference championship, producing the league’s top-ranked defense and receivers. At Broughton HS in Raleigh NC, he coached first-team All-NC WR Davis Clemmons.
Ron’s NFL experience includes an invitation to training camp with the Arizona Cardinals under Joe Bugel in 1992, as well as participation in the National Football Scouting Combine. He has attended multiple Super Bowls and NFL Drafts for professional development, was at practice and attended position meetings for the NFL Buffalo Bills training camps, and gained sideline experience for a game against the NY Jets. Collectively, this access and experience have provided Coach K. with invaluable insights into coaching and the operational aspects of professional football.
Additionally, Ron served as Director of Coaching & Player Development for the NYS Gridiron Academy, impacting over 74 high school programs. His professional network includes ties to former NFL players like starting Super Bowl Safety Shaun Williams (Crespi, UCLA/NY Giants), and further developed alongside Hall of Famer Junior Seau, Roland Williams, Adam Terry, Joe Cribbs, Tony Collins and Coach Greg Williams… Currently, Ron serves as Director of Football Operations for Offense-Defense Sports in SC, where he guides player development, develops football camp curricula and will guide global outreach initiatives, preparing athletes for the introduction of competitive flag football in the 2028 Olympics. Coach Milow Weems has been part of the sport of football for over 40 years. Whether playing or coaching, he knows everything about the sport. He has been a part of the Offense-Defense team for over 12 years, working in roles from camp coach to operations director. He has helped coach and mold some of the greats in the football world both on and off the field. Coach Milow’s connections within football reach far and wide; the breadth and depth of his knowledge will help take any aspiring athlete to the next level.

I was blessed to sign as an undrafted free agent in the NFL with the Houston Oilers. I also played for several arena league pro football clubs.
I am a former high school football and track coach for more than 12 years. I assisted high school student-athletes (mainly football/track) with improving their recruiting process and training techniques. I help with communication between the college recruiters, players, and player’s families. I would field calls and promote athletes to various colleges and universities via email and social media. I assist athletes with their SAT/ACT preparation and film evaluation. I also assisted with opponent game planning and film breakdown.
I have additional experience with preparing college athletes to become potential pro prospects for the NFL, CFL, USFL, and XFL.
I have experience in Player evaluation (including training and film), development, and mentoring at all levels (high school, college, and professional). As well as Player and or Coach promotional and marketing assistance.
