Photo and video release

If you say yes

You allow Offense-Defense to use photos and video of your athlete taken at O-D events in its marketing, including the website, social media, emails, printed programs and advertising, without payment.

We will never publish your athlete's full name together with their hometown or school in marketing, and never publish their contact details.

If you say no

Your athlete still takes part fully. Our staff are told not to feature your athlete in marketing photos or video. Your athlete may still appear in the background of wide crowd or team shots we cannot avoid.

Changing your mind

You can change your answer at any time from your account page or by emailing info@o-d.com. A change applies to anything we publish from then on; we cannot recall printed material already distributed.
